1.

What would you like to change?

What is going well for you at work? What would you like to improve?

We will focus on your strengths and how best to apply them in the workplace.

I will also help you generate solutions and new ways of thinking to support any challenges you may face.

There is an immense power in listening.  I'll create a space for you to explore your full potential.

I'll challenge you within that space, guide and support you to identify your strengths, understand the blockers in your path and develop strategies to overcome them, see things from a different perspective, and ultimately develop you and your career.

2.

Is coaching right for you?

Questioning and reflection will illuminate the resources and strengths you already have, and generate other perspectives, solutions, and ways of thinking.

Your learnings will support you to create strategies, set goals and plan actions.

Sessions are tailored to you, including any tools that may be of service to you. We'll structure the sessions according to your needs.

If you are new to coaching, it can seem overwhelming.

Perhaps you're not sure what to expect.

Have an informal conversation before embarking on coaching, to learn more.

Find the right coach for you

My signature coaching approach is to provide a calm and open listening space for you.

My career has spanned scientific research, publishing, project management and organisational change. My coaching practice focuses on what I have found most rewarding across all of those roles: helping others first understand and then achieve what they want.

I am committed to CPD (continuing professional development) in the area of neurodiversity, as well as coaching models and best practice.

I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) which demonstrates my foundation of coaching practice and commitment to ongoing learning.

In 2023 I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching, gaining a Merit grade.

In 2025-2026 I will complete a further Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching. This will ensure I am informed with the latest best practice in coaching neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.
